A recipe of the Fricassee, A Tunisian Snack

Ingredients          500g flour       1 yeast sachet     1 tsp salt     1/2 tsp sugar     1/4 cup oil     1/4 glass of milk     1 egg     Lukewarm water     Oil for fryingFor the filling:     Potatoes     Thon crumbled     Hard boiled eggs




                                                 

Preparation

I// Put the yeast, or it is called also the baking powder in few centiliters of warm milk with sugar, mix and leave a few minutes.

The sugar play the rule of a catalyst. so do not put a big quantity just a half of a spoon table will be enough or it will be so sweet.

Place all ingredients in a bowl, add the dissolved yeast, kneading and add warm water gradually until a ball that does not stick to the hand. Let stand 1 hour and again well knead about 15 minutes, until the dough working stewed both are successful.

II// Form small balls to the desired size, let stand 15 minutes on an oiled dish, then fried.

III// Open stewed or the cooked pieces with a knife and garnish on  your choice: harissa diluted in a little water and oil, tuna, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, olives ...

And it’s served hot, if it gets cold it becomes like plastic! Especially if it is not done well.

Tunisian cuisine is a mixture of Mediterranean food and different culinary traditions. It is distinctive spicy and it  comes from the many civilizations which have ruled the land now known as Tunisia like the native Punics-Berber people, Romans, Vandals, Byzantines, Arabs, Spanish, Turkish, Italians, and French. 
All the Tunisian does this plate especially with pasta, couscous or even a simple grid meat or fish. Actually sometimes, I consider it like a dinner if I want to eat very light at night, especially for those who are doing a diet if we exclude the olive oil it is a perfect plate.

Ingredients for 4/6 people:
4 tomatoes///3 green or yellow peppers///2 medium onions///340 g of tuna crumbled natural, drained/// 2 boiled eggs///6 tablespoons olive oil1 lemon
some olives///4 tomatoes are firm///1 cucumber
A few leaves of fresh mint, chopped (optional)
seasoning:3 
tablespoons olive oil///2 tablespoons vinegar///Salt and pepperLemon juice.
Preparation:
Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, seeded and diced.
Chopped onions.
Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl. Book.
Cut and seeded tomatoes into small cubes.
Arrange on a platter.
Add the lemon juice. Mix everything.
Add tuna crumbs and eggs and sliced olives.
Season the salad with the vinaigrette.
Crumble the leaves of mint. Serve chilled.

So they decided to test that scientifically. So, they put 6 dishes filled with some seeds with a phone in one closed room and 6 other dishes without the phone in another room. After 12 days, In the second room without any radiation, they noticed the growth of some plants. But in the first one, near by the phone, many seeds died and no plant did grow 
These results have raised the attention of scientists around the world, with this experience got a first class honors in regional science competition.
It is noted many times, that excessive consumption of smart phones, resulting in difficulties in sleeping, where a survey conducted by Stanford University in 2010 showed that sleeping next to a mobile phone makes a person face difficulties in it, because of the phone lights that are believed to confuse the secretion of melatonin in the brain that are related to the organization of sleep.

Don't forget To smile :)

The effect of the Smile on our faith. Did you know that there is a big relationship between smile and our faith with God.In Fact, the more we believed in God and the more we obeyed him in everything he told us to do and the more we felt a huge satisfaction, so we will be happier and more open minded.You will tell me that life is so difficult and you have so much troubles that you see negativity everywhere you go, and in every person you know. But I tell you, how you do not smile and you are someone who God has given him so many beautiful things. He has given you life, he has given you sight, and he has given you hearing... And so many others who have been deprived of such blessings and they still smiling. And I also know that if you cross someone, anyone in the street with a smiling face, he will smile at you to... It's really a very contagious phenomena thanks to the complex brain activity that God has given us.So Smile and repeat smiling. Always see the positive side not the negative one. With smiling you will decrease the stress and the anxiety with releasing endorphins.And Do not forget that a smiling face is a lot more attractive than a villainous one! 

Oily Skin with large pores

How to get ride of the wide pores in your face or in all your skin. All Grls who have the problem of oily skin have wide pores that cause  skin lesion and many issues.
Here I give you some tips to get ride of those wide pores. Of corse it will not close them definatly but at least, it will make them clean and healthy.

1/ At first wash your face daily:
In fact, deep large pores attract bacteria and and sirt dirt and with the oil secresed by the skin, it will be a disastor! That's why you shoud clean your skin daily and if you need to use a scrub mask 2 or 3 times a week.

2/Avocado mask, egg and lemon: 
Separate the white from the yolk.
Crush with a fork the half of the avocado.
Mix the avocado with egg white. Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
All these ingredients in a blender to a smooth paste 
Soft and well blended. Apply the mask to house the entire cleansed face, taking care to avoid the eye area. 
Leave the mask on for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.                                         

3/After Cleaning your face: 
Put some ice cubes on your face for fifteen to thirty minutes .  it will minimise the size of pores.

                                     

A Trip in Paris, Paris in Novembre



In November 2013, I was preparing my master degree and I went to Paris to study for a month. It was marvelous. Everything was beautiful. It was my first time in France. Since I was a little child I was dreaming to go to France. In Fact my dream is to go to so many countries. France, Spain, Turkey, U. K, Cuba Brazil, Japan, Korea, China, India, Austria, Vietnam, Malaysia and believe it or not I want to go also to Afghanistan Pakistan…. In Fact I watched once upon a time a documentary program on how gorgeous those countries are, full of marvelous landscape and splendid generous people...Well so far, I made it to France, Paris in particularly. It doesn't need my opinion in how much it was beautiful and how much it was outstanding and organized...Of course it is the first touristic city in the whole world and called the city of lights! From my first steps it was breathtaking the polished streets and the fluidity of the traffic. I'm originally from a non developed country, when I landed in  the airport Charles-de-Gaulle, which presents a hub for many companies like,  Air France, FedEx, DHL, Europe Airpost, CityJet, HOP...CDG is thus the second largest mapping platform in Europe after Heathrow International Airport in London, and one of the largest in the world I was blown away with the fluidity of the traffic and the roads and the submission to the law from every person. In Fact we were moving like sheeps or robots. The day in Paris passes so quickly from the train to the bus to  the tramway... It is fantastic in a way and sometimes it is a little bit boring!During the week, work, work, work! But the weekends from du chateau de versailles to the  musé de louvre the breathtaking tour Effel, le modeste aquarium de paris, l'arc de triomphe, une promenade aux champs élysée, les magasins de chatelet les halles and rue Rivoli... Well It was magnificent!
