A recipe of a Tunisian salad, S7ann Tounssi
Tunisian cuisine is a mixture of Mediterranean food and different culinary traditions. It is distinctive spicy and it  comes from the many civilizations which have ruled the land now known as Tunisia like the native Punics-Berber people, Romans, Vandals, Byzantines, Arabs, Spanish, Turkish, Italians, and French. 
All the Tunisian does this plate especially with pasta, couscous or even a simple grid meat or fish. Actually sometimes, I consider it like a dinner if I want to eat very light at night, especially for those who are doing a diet if we exclude the olive oil it is a perfect plate.

Ingredients for 4/6 people:
4 tomatoes///3 green or yellow peppers///2 medium onions///340 g of tuna crumbled natural, drained/// 2 boiled eggs///6 tablespoons olive oil1 lemon
some olives///4 tomatoes are firm///1 cucumber
A few leaves of fresh mint, chopped (optional)
seasoning:3 
tablespoons olive oil///2 tablespoons vinegar///Salt and pepperLemon juice.
Preparation:
Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, seeded and diced.
Chopped onions.
Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl. Book.
Cut and seeded tomatoes into small cubes.
Arrange on a platter.
Add the lemon juice. Mix everything.
Add tuna crumbs and eggs and sliced olives.
Season the salad with the vinaigrette.
Crumble the leaves of mint. Serve chilled.
