If the upper lip is more notable than the lower, it shows compassion and tolerance. 
If the lower lip is more notable than the upper, it shows the neglecting and the indifference. Perhaps these indicators will not be final for personal identification for all women, but have been identified after comparing a lot of women with similar personalities.

Some dark sides from my trip to Paris

But also Paris has a dark side, Racism; I’m a Muslim woman with a covered hair. When you are walking you feel always the look of others towards you, in the train,  the Secretary at school was strangling me with her eyes every morning, you also have to provide liability insurance, it is some kind of insurance covers other people from yourself! the only thing that I noticed in the French people, and the Frensh television that they consider that they are the only right opinion in the world, I don’t know why, they also admire themselves so much and they live in a very small families not like in my native countries every weekend we gather all the family to laugh and talk about random subjects. In France or maybe in every developed country, everything is so easy that they don’t have to do any big effort, even in cooking, if you don’t know how to cook any frozen cheap food, put it in the microwave and it’s done. Here every woman spend at least 2 hours in the kitchen everyday or washing dishes you have the dishwasher, for me it’s the best invention in man’s history! Or cleaning they have all types of products that make life so much easier. Back to my country, I spend almost 1 day a week to do the ménage! Not because here I’m slower but here we have so many surfaces. In Paris you can live in only ten m² here I live in 145 m² and considering neighbours and relatives, it’s a little bit small. 
Another dark side the smell of the pee is everywhere especially at night, drunk people do their thing everywhere and it is disgusting!

Few days in the year, I do wear makeup, to be honest, only if I have a ceremony to attend. I do consider make up as a toxic cream that prevent my skin from “breathing”

Some people just don't like wearing makeup in the morning or they just don't have the time. So I will give you a few easy steps before stepping out the door.

Traveling has so many benefits on the human spirit. You will be surprised about what you can discover as a new sense of life from traveling. It is an amazingly underrated investment in yourself. As you travel you’re exposed to new cultures, people and lifestyles than you are living in your homeland all the time. If you’re feeling worried on what your purpose is, what you want to do with your life, the career or educational path you want to pursue. If you just finish a bad relationship and you want to be recovered, go on! Take the chance and travel! Trust me; It is the best remedy for everything. I'm originally from Djerba, the dream island in Tunisia, this is a good recipe from my family, we all adore and as we say: we sell our clothes to eat it", You Can say that any djerbian family eat this recipe once a week. And we eat it even with Buttermilk or soda.
But frankly, it contains and know how many but a huge number of calories because it is too oily.

Ingredients:
1/ Cured meat or a fresh one.
2/ 6 big Onion
3/ some salt and spices
4/ 3/2 table spoon of tomates
5/ 1/2 harissa
6/ 1 carrote
7/ 1 potato
8/ 1 Aubergine
9/ Parsley
10/ Chard
12/ green Pepper
13/ 2 table spoon for every person olive oil

Cut the meat into small pieces.
Put your meat in the oil, on the oven until it the oil become a little bit brown than add the chopped onions, salt and spices. Keep mixing for few minutes until the onions become red
Then add some water, the tomato, harissa.
Few minutes and add the chopped carrote, add the chopped potato and the aubergine then of corse the Parsley and the chard 10 minutes and add finally the chopped green pepper.

I will please you a wonderful recipe that I love, and the moste important my husband adore it. Do not forget ladies that the way to your man's heart is his stomach and I assure you that even if he does not say and even he does not like very much eating but seeing you doing an effort in the kitchen will please him.
So this recipe that i tried so many times but I'm so sorry I haven't any photo for the moment, but I'm planning do a brownies cake in the few next days so I will upload some photos.
Ingredients:
1/ 250 g of Dark chocolate
2/ 150 g butter
3/ 3 eggs
4/ 150 g sugar (if you like it sweeter you put 200g)
5/ 150 g flour
6/ 1/2 baking powder

1- Preheat the oven at 180° C.
2- At first keep the butter at room temperature
3- Mix the eggs for few minutes, then add the sugar and keep mixing until you have a good texture
4- Add the flour and the baking pouder and of course keep mixing.
5- Melt the butter and add the chocolate.
6- Mix all the ingredients with the melted chocolate with a spoon.

Put in the Oven for 20 minutes.

Preparation

Tunisian cuisine is a mixture of Mediterranean food and different culinary traditions. It is distinctive spicy and it  comes from the many civilizations which have ruled the land now known as Tunisia like the native Punics-Berber people, Romans, Vandals, Byzantines, Arabs, Spanish, Turkish, Italians, and French. 
All the Tunisian does this plate especially with pasta, couscous or even a simple grid meat or fish. Actually sometimes, I consider it like a dinner if I want to eat very light at night, especially for those who are doing a diet if we exclude the olive oil it is a perfect plate.

Ingredients for 4/6 people:
4 tomatoes///3 green or yellow peppers///2 medium onions///340 g of tuna crumbled natural, drained/// 2 boiled eggs///6 tablespoons olive oil1 lemon
some olives///4 tomatoes are firm///1 cucumber
A few leaves of fresh mint, chopped (optional)
seasoning:3 
tablespoons olive oil///2 tablespoons vinegar///Salt and pepperLemon juice.
Preparation:
Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, seeded and diced.
Chopped onions.
Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl. Book.
Cut and seeded tomatoes into small cubes.
Arrange on a platter.
Add the lemon juice. Mix everything.
Add tuna crumbs and eggs and sliced olives.
Season the salad with the vinaigrette.
Crumble the leaves of mint. Serve chilled.



Comfort is banned despite the festive season

Weight gain is an increase in body weight. It can be either an increase in muscle mass or fat deposits. In that case, it becomes a serious problem for most people after holidays and after eating delicious but unhealthy food!
And it leads to serious problems like Diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, lung problems…
We must get rid of this weight that accumulates and quickly the body can not burn fats easily. First, you must go back and quickly correct the daily dietary habits and split meals with sweets to switch them with fruit. Second, the weight should be measured to see if it is necessary to lose weight or maintain up or maintain it as it is.  Thirdly, if the large increase of the person was not able to stop eating, then you should consult a doctor and commitment with a special Diet, shall not exceed 30 days. Fourth, the drinking water on a daily basis with slices of lemon and especially on an empty stomach before going to sleep. An experience with your mobile phone that proves that cell phones have harmful radiations


A funny experience done by five students in Denmark: One day, five students in Denmark have noticed that if they put their phones near to their head at night, they suffer from less concentration the day after that. So they decided to test that scientifically. So, they put 6 dishes filled with some seeds with a phone in one closed room and 6 other dishes without the phone in another room. After 12 days, In the second room without any radiation, they noticed the growth of some plants. But in the first one, near by the phone, many seeds died and no plant did grow 
These results have raised the attention of scientists around the world, with this experience got a first class honors in regional science competition.
It is noted many times, that excessive consumption of smart phones, resulting in difficulties in sleeping, where a survey conducted by Stanford University in 2010 showed that sleeping next to a mobile phone makes a person face difficulties in it, because of the phone lights that are believed to confuse the secretion of melatonin in the brain that are related to the organization of sleep.
In Fact the world health organization now, says that there is a possibility of a potential risk to get harmful radiation from cell phones!

Don't forget To smile :)

The effect of the Smile on our faith. Did you know that there is a big relationship between smile and our faith with God.In Fact, the more we believed in God and the more we obeyed him in everything he told us to do and the more we felt a huge satisfaction, so we will be happier and more open minded.You will tell me that life is so difficult and you have so much troubles that you see negativity everywhere you go, and in every person you know. But I tell you, how you do not smile and you are someone who God has given him so many beautiful things. He has given you life, he has given you sight, and he has given you hearing... And so many others who have been deprived of such blessings and they still smiling. And I also know that if you cross someone, anyone in the street with a smiling face, he will smile at you to... It's really a very contagious phenomena thanks to the complex brain activity that God has given us.So Smile and repeat smiling. Always see the positive side not the negative one. With smiling you will decrease the stress and the anxiety with releasing endorphins.And Do not forget that a smiling face is a lot more attractive than a villainous one! 

Oily Skin with large pores

How to get ride of the wide pores in your face or in all your skin. All Grls who have the problem of oily skin have wide pores that cause  skin lesion and many issues.
Here I give you some tips to get ride of those wide pores. Of corse it will not close them definatly but at least, it will make them clean and healthy.

1/ At first wash your face daily:
In fact, deep large pores attract bacteria and and sirt dirt and with the oil secresed by the skin, it will be a disastor! That's why you shoud clean your skin daily and if you need to use a scrub mask 2 or 3 times a week.

2/Avocado mask, egg and lemon: 
Separate the white from the yolk.
Crush with a fork the half of the avocado.
Mix the avocado with egg white. Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
All these ingredients in a blender to a smooth paste 
Soft and well blended. Apply the mask to house the entire cleansed face, taking care to avoid the eye area. 
Leave the mask on for 20 minutes then rinse with warm water.                                         

3/After Cleaning your face: 
Put some ice cubes on your face for fifteen to thirty minutes .  it will minimise the size of pores.

                                     

A Trip in Paris, Paris in Novembre



In November 2013, I was preparing my master degree and I went to Paris to study for a month. It was marvelous. Everything was beautiful. It was my first time in France. Since I was a little child I was dreaming to go to France. In Fact my dream is to go to so many countries. France, Spain, Turkey, U. K, Cuba Brazil, Japan, Korea, China, India, Austria, Vietnam, Malaysia and believe it or not I want to go also to Afghanistan Pakistan…. In Fact I watched once upon a time a documentary program on how gorgeous those countries are, full of marvelous landscape and splendid generous people...Well so far, I made it to France, Paris in particularly. It doesn't need my opinion in how much it was beautiful and how much it was outstanding and organized...Of course it is the first touristic city in the whole world and called the city of lights! From my first steps it was breathtaking the polished streets and the fluidity of the traffic. I'm originally from a non developed country, when I landed in  the airport Charles-de-Gaulle, which presents a hub for many companies like,  Air France, FedEx, DHL, Europe Airpost, CityJet, HOP...CDG is thus the second largest mapping platform in Europe after Heathrow International Airport in London, and one of the largest in the world I was blown away with the fluidity of the traffic and the roads and the submission to the law from every person. In Fact we were moving like sheeps or robots. The day in Paris passes so quickly from the train to the bus to  the tramway... It is fantastic in a way and sometimes it is a little bit boring!During the week, work, work, work! But the weekends from du chateau de versailles to the  musé de louvre the breathtaking tour Effel, le modeste aquarium de paris, l'arc de triomphe, une promenade aux champs élysée, les magasins de chatelet les halles and rue Rivoli... Well It was magnificent!

Women

A boy asked his mum: Mum why are crying?
"Because, I'm a woman" she said
And he asked his father and he answered: All women cry without any reason.
The little boy became a  man and he is always asking himself why do women cries without a reason until one day, he met a wise man that answered him:
When god created woman, he did give her strong shoulders to bear the difficulties of life...
And made her arms so soft to give tenderness and comfort...
And he did give the most strong body that can bear the birth pain and bear their stubbornness when they grow up...
And gave her strength to stand up in front of problems....
And a big heart to love her child unconditionally...
And he gave her wisdom to raise many children at once...and she is their truest friend and the best confident, whenever you need someone, she is the best listener…
And finally he gave her tears to discharge her body from all the responsibility that god did gave her to continue her journey...
So don't you ever dear and laugh on any woman when she cries even when she do it without any reason.

Just Be Yourself, You Are BEAUTIFUL

Go to the mirror and look to yourself for a few minutes.... You have to be strong and courageous. Love yourself, love everyone around you and do anything you like to do. Never think that you are old and it's a shame to do it, you are young, run look to stars, begun with a story and complete it with a song. Always look to the bride side of things and be certain that life is like an exam we should learn everyday something new and if we fall we must learn from our mistakes and stand up again to continue. and if we want to be something we can do it despites of its difficulties. Always, pray to be closer to god and ask god anything you want and never forget that the mercy of god have no end.

A story in the bus.

Today, when I was standing waiting for the bus, a beautiful young lady came to me and asked me to give her my phone to speak to her friend that she was waiting for and she forget her phone at home.
So I give her mine without any thinking. She tried to talk to her friend but she did not respond. A few minutes later the bus came. As usual I shuted down my phone to avoid phone calls in the crowd. 

When I was standing in the bus, suddenly a girl started to scream “Oh my god, my phone, my phone!" I was surprised because she told me that she forgot her phone. So A guy came and asked her for her number to call her and he told her that the phone was shuted down so she oddly looked at me. So that look made me doubt in the reality of the scene that she made with the strange guy. So I secretly opened my phone and I received two phone calls from a strange number, I called him and it was the guy's phone. So I went to the driver and told him briefly the story and he turned the bus to the police officer. Suddenly the guy that was the associated to the girl, so he violently opened the door and jumped from the bus but we succeeded to stop the girl!

How to eat in RAMADAN

Ramadan, a holy month for Muslims where they do not eat, do not drink and do not smoke all day from sunrise to sunset. Ramadan is not mandatory for pre-pubescent and for those who are sick, for example diabetics, fasting without consulting their doctor.
Most of the people who are not familiar to the Muslim religion, always asks the same question: "How can you remember a whole day without food or water especially when it's hot?" and believe me it's not easy at all, especially the first days but after all, after a few days, it will pass too thin, our body will adapt and you no longer feel hungry. You just have to spend the day taking care of something like that you burn more calories and thus burning fat. And I guarantee you there is reproductive and since Ramadan do not eat, we did not get to eat after doing physical activity. True, when we fast, it's hard to practice sport, but made to move or even walk, it's going to help us lose weight. In short all that to say that to reach a goal, it is not difficult. It must be unknown! One can get to have the right weight! Personally, I have lost five kilos once without getting a special diet, I eat everything but I eliminated; all that is growing cake chocolate croissant, chocolate, too sweet juice, In short I minimize candy and drinking plenty of water and of course minimizing pasta! And of course each evening, after eating and of course do the dishes, a good thirty minute walk helps us digester we ate tons and will eliminate the swelling of the stomach and bloating.
But be careful when Ramadan is over we can fall prey to take a little weight, but avoiding candy and drinking plenty of water, and several practice occasionally the young or what is called " Ramadan diet "to lose weight!
So yes very sure, one can lose weight in spite of all the good Ramadan delights, one can eat everything but with moderate amounts. :)

La Crêpe

Ingredients for a dozen pancakes:
- 200 g flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 350 liters of milk
Steps to follow:
Pour the flour and sugar in a bowl.
Make a well in the middle and break are the two eggs.
Mix with a wooden spoon slowly incorporating the flour with the eggs.
Once the dough begins to thicken well, add the milk several times.
Mix to obtain a homogenous unit, and place one hour in the fridge.
Oil your griddle and have it heat up.
When she is hot (a small smoke clears in) pour a ladle of pancake batter.
Turn right pan to distribute the batter and pour it all over, if necessary, the surplus in the bowl.
As soon as the edges begin to brown, flip the pancake with a spatula.
Still using a spatula Put the filling, fold the crepe in 4 and serve immediately with your little greedy impatient!
NB: The pancake can be consumed alone, but it can also be topped with a garnish such as sugar, jam, nutella of, whipped cream, cheese, ham or cooked and seasoned vegetables. The pancake is usually for sweet wheat pancakes and rather salty for buckwheat pancakes.
In Tunisia, in most restaurants, we thus find the pancake with harissa, tuna, cheese, and an egg, and for people who love the spicy food, it's very delicious!
