If you are in a Diet, Keep away from those food or you will never loose weight

There are foods does not only make us feel-sufficient, but also, make us feel more hungry after addressed, Who among us does not feel the desire to eat after a big meal a piece of candy? Many foods give this feeling and contribute in our gain of more calories and more fat because of overeating. 
Pasta and rich carbohydrates food 
 
do not contain fiber that can help lower cholesterol, prevent constipation, and improve digestion. Eating Pasta make us feel sufficient in couple hours but then we feel a huge hunger and desire to eat foods rich in sugar so we raise the insulin level in the body fast. 
Soft drinks diet: many are turning to soft drinks free of calories to overcome the sense of hunger; in fact, studies have shown that an artificial sweetener in these drinks appetite and increase the desire to eat sugars. 


Fried potatoes: baked potato, unlike that give a sense of satiety, make us feel hungry after fried potatoes covered by the manner of preparation, especially as they fry hydrogenated oils rich in saturated fat, which make us feel hungry, rather than to feel satiety after eating.

Local biscuits and croissants: Eating local croissants, biscuits and other processed sugar-rich carbohydrates, feeling hungry, so it's best to replace small meals full of food.
